Our Story
From an Ibbenbüren Startup to a Global Platform
ThreeB IT was founded in 2019 in Ibbenbüren, Germany, by Thimo Buchheister and Thorsten Brügge. Over the years, they grew frustrated integrating blog functionality into their client projects. Every project needed a different CMS, a different API, a different setup. There had to be a better way. In December 2025, the idea for Postnomic was born — and they set out to build it.
What started as an internal tool at ThreeB IT GmbH quickly grew into a full-scale developer platform. Built on cutting-edge .NET technology and hosted entirely within the European Union, Postnomic now powers thousands of blogs for developers, agencies, and enterprises worldwide — all through a single REST API and drop-in SDK packages.
